MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Lisa Reinert
Lisa has been a licensed aesthetician since 1998. She worked in Las Vegas for 10 years in resort spas, the longest at Mandalay Bay. She performed multiple skin care and body services and worked as Lead Aesthetician. Lisa’s family moved to Raleigh in 2008 when her husband opened a guitar store here. In Raleigh, she worked at a Medspa/Plastic Surgery office for 11 years learning medical skin care treatments and operating as Director of Aesthetic Services. She performed pre and post op recovery services, CoolSculpting, Emsculpt Neo, Endermologie, Novalash Extensions, Sugarlash Lash Lift, Medical Microdermabrasion, Hydrafacial, medical chemical peels, Microneedling, PRF, galvanic facials, and much more!
Lisa’s older daughter is a Medical Aesthetician and her younger daughter is in high school. Her husband works in tech, production, and music. She has two English Setters Rupert and Bentley.

Sam is a skilled laser technician with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. Since 2016, she has dedicated her career to the transformative power of aesthetic lasers. Sam is passionate about staying at the forefront of laser technology and treatments, constantly seeking the latest advancements in the field.

Sarah Wagner, NP
Sarah is an experienced and highly skilled advanced injector at Avail Aesthetics, specializing in a wide range of aesthetic treatments designed to enhance natural beauty and restore facial harmony. With a background as a family nurse practitioner, Sarah combines her extensive medical knowledge and artistic approach to provide personalized, results-driven care for her clients.
After earning her nursing degree from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, Sarah moved to the Triangle area, where she began her career in the cardiac unit at Duke Hospital before transitioning to labor and delivery at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Throughout her nursing career, she developed a strong foundation in patient care, which she later expanded upon with a Master’s in Nursing from Duke University, becoming a certified family nurse practitioner.
As an advanced injector, Sarah is highly trained in a variety of injectables, including Botox, Jeuveau and Dysport (neurotoxins), dermal fillers, and bio-stimulating treatments such as Sculptra, Radiesse, and PRF BioGel. Her expertise extends to comprehensive facial balancing, where she uses a combination of these treatments to create a naturally rejuvenated and well-proportioned appearance. Whether it’s smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, restoring volume, or stimulating collagen production for long-lasting results, Sarah tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of her clients, ensuring they achieve their aesthetic goals with precision and care.
