My experience at Avail Aesthetics deserves more than 5 stars! The biggest take away I want to share is how comfortable I felt throughout the entirety of my visit. Avail provides an inviting, clean atmosphere and has a high regard for effective communication. Dr. Davis is extremely knowledgable and it is apparent he has genuine interest in his client’s happiness and wellbeing. Avail is AMAZING. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who run a clean office. They are also very COVID-friendly! They always wear masks (the correct way – covering both their noses and mouths) and sanitize the treatment rooms and chairs after each customer. I have been seeing Ashley for my laser hair removal. She makes me feel comfortable, and talks through exactly what she is doing so there are no surprises. I’m a laser newbie, and Ashley is very kind and patient with my questions. Lili is also wonderful. She helps set appointments and gives very informative consultations before you decide which service(s) you’d like to buy (they also offer money-saving Groupons!). No pushy, sales-pitchy pressure. I drive from Chapel Hill to Cary because I HIGHLY recommend this business.

I recently went in for a hydrafacial and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Interior space felt more homey than a typical med spa with comfy and stylish furniture in each room. Staff was incredibly helpful and asked appropriate questions to figure out which treatment was best for me. My face felt amazing and very clean, even weeks after. Pricing was very comparable to other Med Spas I have visited in the past. I will definitely be back for other treatments.
